Hatch Omelet*-New Mexico- Three egg Omelet with Red Chile Braised Pork, Green Chile, onion, and cheddar cheese and side of breakfast potatoes.
Honey Ham and Eggs*Traditional American- Sliced Ham with honey glaze with two eggs sautéed green beans and breakfast potatoes(gluten free)
Tortilla Espanola*-Spain - A traditional Spanish potato and onion omelet- Served with a spring mix salad: Organic mixed greens including radicchio oak leaf lettuce and endive served with kalamata olives, sunflower seeds and feta cheese and our red wine vinaigrette (Vegetarian and Gluten Free)
